Welcome to Detail Dudez Pro Products. Detail Dudez Pro Products is operated by Detail Dudez. By visiting our store or purchasing products from us, you agree to the terms below.

Products

We sell detailing products and related kits for cars, trucks, boats, RVs, motorcycles, and similar surfaces. Product descriptions, images, directions, and availability may be updated at any time. We make reasonable efforts to show products accurately, but product appearance, label details, or packaging may vary slightly from photos.

Product Use and Responsibility

Always read and follow product directions before use. Test products on a small, inconspicuous area before full application. Do not mix products unless the label specifically says it is safe to do so. Keep products away from children and pets. Detail Dudez Pro Products is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper application, improper storage, failure to follow directions, mixing products, applying products to unsuitable surfaces, or using products in unsafe conditions.

Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the items in your cart. We may accept, decline, cancel, or adjust an order if there is a payment issue, inventory issue, pricing error, suspected fraud, shipping restriction, or other reasonable business concern.

Pricing and Availability

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or availability errors. If an error affects your order, we may contact you, cancel the order, or issue a refund.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, lost packages after carrier delivery confirmation, or delays outside of our control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because our products include detailing chemicals and liquids, opened, used, altered, diluted, mixed, leaking, or tampered-with products may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and a short explanation of the issue.

Intellectual Property

All store content, logos, product names, labels, images, graphics, and written materials are owned by Detail Dudez, Detail Dudez Pro Products, or their licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, or use our content or branding without written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this store for unlawful purposes, fraudulent activity, spam, abuse, unauthorized scraping, interference with the store, or any activity that violates applicable laws or these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Detail Dudez Pro Products and Detail Dudez are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages related to your use of the store or products. Our maximum liability for a product purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
